Commonplace (trycommonplace.com) is a peer-to-peer marketplace for large, expensive items - fitness equipment, hot tubs and spas, golf carts, appliances, and furniture. Every listing ships with free white-glove delivery baked into the price, and items are inspected before pickup. Buyers can purchase outright, make an offer, or add a warranty; sellers list an item and get paid out after delivery.

## Delivery & pricing

- The listed price includes delivery for the first 100 miles from the seller - no separate fee at checkout for buyers within that radius.
- Beyond 100 miles, an additional per-mile delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on distance and product category (higher for large/heavy categories like swim spas); this is not reflected in the listed price or in the Product JSON-LD, since it depends on the buyer's delivery address.
- Delivery is unavailable beyond 1,500 miles for most items; vehicles (cars, ATVs, golf carts, boats, etc.) have no distance cap and can be delivered any distance at the same per-mile rate.

## Notes for agents

- `/checkout`, `/cart`, and `/account` require an authenticated session and are not crawlable; there is currently no API for automated purchasing on a user's behalf.
