He also answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable, putting me at ease with the process of product testing (by their guys) prior to picking it up - as well as their policies in case something was not right with product.
Uriel then arranged with owner for pick-up, which was literally done the next day, and the following day I had my treadmill at my door. Professionally brought into my garage space and tested. Communicated with me prior to arrival, with correct ETA (actually coming an hour earlier - to beat the traffic).
