The best experience ever! I must admit, was skeptical at first, since we live in Rocklin (north of Sacramento) and the seller was in the San Francisco Bay Area, however I was extremely amazed by the professionalism of this company.

Nethaniel called me direct to congratulate me on the owner's bid acceptance, that same day. He also answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable, putting me at ease with the process of product testing (by their guys) prior to picking it up - as well as their policies in case something was not right with product.

Uriel then arranged with owner for pick-up, which was literally done the next day, and the following day I had my treadmill at my door. Professionally brought into my garage space and tested. Communicated with me prior to arrival, with correct ETA (actually coming an hour earlier - to beat the traffic).

Everything was fantastic all the way thru in the process - and I can't recommend this company's services and products. HIGHLY recommend using this company for your sports equipment.

This service is great. I had been looking at used Pelotons on facebook marketplace for a while, but was worried I would pay for one that wouldn’t work, and I was also worried that it would get damaged during transport. This service solved both those problems. I was able to bid on a bike and get a rate that was competitive with the rates on facebook marketplace. Of note, shipping is $150+ mileage, which I did not see clearly posted on their site. So just keep that in mind when making your bids.
I’m very happy that I have a like-new peloton for a good price and didn’t have to leave my home to get it.

Highly recommend! I recently sold my 2023 Tonal through them and the entire experience was great. The staff was fantastic from start to finish. Once a buyer was interested they facilitated the sale quickly and easily. They were able to schedule for pick-up within a few days with zero hiccups. They paid the agreed upon amount during pick up as soon as they verified the equipment was fully functioning. Oh, and did I mention I'm halfway across the country? These guys aren't joking when they say it's white glove service. I could not have asked for a better experience. If I ever need to sell a piece of equipment again, I'm only going through Try Common Place. Thanks guys!

Had the best experience with them!! Got such a good deal on the peloton bike. Came in great condition and was door to door service. Norman was amazing— he helped set up the bike completely, made sure it was working and balanced perfectly. Really took his time to make sure everything was good and even shared some Peloton tips. Could not recommend enough!!! If you’re looking to buy a bike or a treadmill for reasonable price definitely do through Commonplace!!! So easy and hassle free!

Absolutely great experience getting my Peloton Tread+!! Nethaniel walked me through the process - I was a little nervous about it making such a big purchase without testing the equipment myself. He reassured me my purchase was secure which was a huge relief. Uriel reached out within minutes of purchase and delivery was set up same day for the following week (over 300 miles away and totally reasonable). There was zero ghosting/back and forth/weird requests for bank info typically found on FB marketplace! Commonplace reduced the stress and worry that comes with buying used equipment with their inspection service and amazing delivery team. Norman made the long drive and was great in communicating his arrival! He had a courteous and efficient team who were experts in assembly and set up too. He also gave me a few tips on how to keep my Tread+ in top shape. He knows his Pelotons! I’m so pleased with this interaction. Thank you!

Perfect—just as described! The Peloton was practically in mint condition, with only 25 rides confirmed by the serial number. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Delivery was right on time with excellent communication from scheduling through to arrival. The delivery team was extremely polite and professional, and setup went flawlessly. Had my first great ride this morning—thank you to everyone who made this happen!

    You pay $1 today to reserve the item. We bring it to your door, you inspect it in person, and only then is the rest of the balance charged. If anything is off, you walk away — your dollar is refunded.

    You walk away at the door. The remainder is never charged, and we take the item back at no cost to you.

    Every "Like new" listing is inspected on pickup with photos of any wear, no matter how minor. What you see in the listing is what arrives.
