Oh, okay, yes. Yeah, so I just wanted to check in because we’re doing a little bit of a podcast, like a five-minute question session where we just ask owners of the hot tubs a few questions. Okay, perfect. Alright, so let me just kick it off with an intro and then we’ll get into some questions. Okay. Awesome. So here we have Ashraf with a hot tub that he listed on Commonplace.

And so, Ashraf, tell me a little bit about the condition that it’s in and why you’re choosing to sell it now. Yes, about one and a half years ago, we bought a house and with this house, this hot tub came with. And me and my wife have never used it because we are senior segment, so we just never used it in our life. So that’s why because it was sitting in our backyard, so we just decided to sell it. Okay.
Fantastic. Do you know anything about the electrical requirements or any of the maintenance requirements? Did anything from the previous owner, any of that information come to you or anything like that? No, all he has stated to the real estate agent that it is in perfect condition and they have used it periodically. They had two younger children and they just wanted a pool.
So they sell this house and gone into a new house with the pool. So it is never being used by us and it looks in a very good condition. And I wrote as a three-seater, but actually it said six. Oh, amazing. Okay.
So we’ll have that updated for you on the listing. We’ll change it to a six-seater. Do you happen to know what the electrical requirements are? Is it a 210 volt or 220? Well, I don’t know off the top of my head, but I think it is 210.
I think it is 210. Got it. Okay. Yeah, that makes perfect sense. And then just give me a little bit about the layout.
Some hot tubs can be just put on its side and wheeled out and some hot tubs require a crane to get it out. Do you know pretty much based on how it’s situated in the backyard, can it be removed by a crane or what do you think? Yeah, it is sitting on a simulated platform. They’re just sitting on top of it. Okay.
But what about the fence? Is there a clear fence to bring the hot tub out? Like is the fence wide enough to remove the hot tub? I think, yeah, it can be removed. It has to be slightly tilted.
That’s all. Right. Right. Okay. That’s fine.
Yeah. Typically we put the hot tub on the side. And so that should be fine. It’s like a dolly. Okay, great.
So since you haven’t really used it, but based on everything that you know, it’s in excellent condition based on what the realtor said. And the previous family was using it. They were just looking to upgrade to a pool. And so now you’re just selling it, but you haven’t actually used it. So I don’t think I have any more questions.
