Used 2020 EZGO Elite Golf Cart for Sale in Denison, TX ($8,275)

Looking for a used EZGO Elite Golf Cart? This 2020 model, complete with a lithium battery and enclosure, is listed at $8275. It’s a solid option if you want a reliable cart without the new price tag.
I’m Ari Kimmelfeld, founder of Commonplace. My whole mission is to make buying big used items, like this golf cart, simple and trustworthy. Here’s a deep dive into this specific EZGO, straight from the owner’s mouth, so you know exactly what you’re getting.

Trust This Listing: Verified Owner, Commonplace Inspection & Warranty
Commonplace mitigates the typical risks of buying used golf carts by offering driver inspections, a 60-minute test period, and a 60-day warranty, even for items without a traditional title.
Buying a used golf cart can feel risky. You don’t know the seller, you can’t be sure about the condition, and what if it’s a scam? It’s a real pain to waste time and money on something that isn’t what it seems. That uncertainty can stop you from getting a great deal.
But this isn’t just any listing. We’ve spoken directly with the owner, who confirmed, “I never got a title.” While a title isn’t always standard for golf carts, it can raise questions. That’s exactly why Commonplace exists. Our drivers pick up, inspect the item, and deliver it to you. You get 60 minutes to test it out before you pay, and we back it with a 60-day warranty. You’re covered.

Excellent Condition: Owner Says ‘Nothing Wrong With It’
The owner confirms this 2020 EZGO Elite Golf Cart is in excellent working order, stating, “there’s nothing wrong with it,” and was purchased new with a premium lithium battery.
You want a used item that actually works, right? Nobody wants to buy a problem. The stress of hidden issues or unexpected repairs can quickly erase any savings. It’s frustrating to discover problems after the fact.
This 2020 EZGO Elite Golf Cart was bought new in 2020. The owner, when asked about its condition, unequivocally stated, “there’s nothing wrong with it.” A major selling point for them was the lithium battery, which they noted, “I don’t think a lot of them had back then.” This cart has been well-maintained, kept plugged in at the golf course, and the owner describes it as “faster than standard course carts.” So, you’re getting a well-cared-for machine that’s ready to go.

Save Thousands: A 2020 Lithium-Powered Cart for $8275
This 2020 EZGO Elite Golf Cart is priced at $8275, offering a substantial saving from its original purchase price of “about 12” thousand dollars, while still featuring a premium lithium battery.
Buying new can be incredibly expensive, especially for a quality golf cart. You can easily spend over $10,000, and that initial depreciation hits hard. The financial sting of paying full retail for something that loses value immediately is real. It makes you wonder if you’re getting the best bang for your buck.
This particular 2020 EZGO Elite Golf Cart is listed at $8275. The owner shared that they originally paid “about 12” thousand dollars for it new. That’s a significant saving for a cart that’s only a few years old and includes a lithium battery, which was a premium feature at the time. You get the benefits of a modern cart without the full new-item price tag.
Here is how buying and delivery works on Commonplace: a driver inspects it, delivers it, and you get 60 minutes to test it before you pay. Every item carries a 60-day warranty.

Ready to Ride: Enclosure, USB, and Faster Than Standard
This 2020 EZGO Elite Golf Cart includes two USB ports and an enclosure, enhancing convenience for the rider, and offers performance beyond standard course carts.
Sometimes, a used item lacks the small conveniences that make a big difference. You might end up needing to buy extra accessories or deal with a less-than-ideal setup. That kind of hassle adds hidden costs and takes away from the immediate enjoyment. It makes the purchase feel incomplete.
This EZGO Elite Golf Cart comes with some useful features already built in. It has two USB ports, which the owner confirmed, saying, “You can plug it into, what do you call those? USB? Like a USB port. Yeah, two of those.” It also includes a cover and enclosure, so you’re ready for different weather conditions. While it doesn’t have extra speakers, lights (beyond standard), or a horn (beyond standard), the owner noted it’s “faster than standard course carts.” It’s not complicated, just functional.

Below is the full conversation with the owner of this 2020 EZGO Elite Golf Cart, recorded when they listed it on Commonplace. It is the actual seller interview, unedited, so you can hear first-hand why it is for sale, its condition, and what is included.
Hi, if you record your name and reason for calling, I’ll see if this person is available. Hey, I was just calling about your golf cart. Thanks, please stay on the line. Hello. Hey Margaret, this is Ari calling from Commonplace about your golf cart.
I was just going to ask you a few questions. Okay. Yeah, so we’re doing pretty much an ad for your golf cart now and I just wanted to ask you a few questions if that’s okay and we’re basically just going to use it to promote it on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Okay. Awesome.
Do you have five minutes? I have it on Facebook. Okay, perfect. So we’re just going to post a video clip of it. I’m just going to ask you some questions if you could tell me a little bit about why you bought this one, if there’s anything wrong with it right now, any issues, and why you’re selling it.
I bought it because it was brand new and I had the lithium battery, which I don’t think a lot of them had back then. I bought it in 2020, I believe, and there’s nothing wrong with it. I’m considering changing golf courses where I don’t get to have a golf cart. Okay, got it. Are there any issues with it and what was the maintenance like for the last five, six years that you’ve owned it?
It sounds like it has a lithium battery. Anything wrong with the lithium battery? No. Okay, perfect. Was there anything that you had to change on it or you upgraded on it?
No. Okay. I see that it has a cover. Is there anything else that’s included with the golf cart? Like what?
Maybe there are some speakers or lights or is there a warranty on it, any tires, wheels? Nothing extra. It doesn’t have speakers on it. Okay. They don’t have lights and a horn.
How long does it usually last on one charge? I don’t know. I’ve never had it not be charged. Okay. I mean I keep it plugged in at the golf course.
Does it have Bluetooth? Are you able to connect your phone to it? Well, I’ve never tried but it does have the things for your speaker. You can plug it into, what do you call those? UBS?
Like a USB port. Yeah, two of those. Okay, so it has a speaker system. No, I have my own little speaker I bought. I plugged into it.
I can include that. Okay. Okay, that’s good. We’ll add it to the list of things. Perfect.
So it seems like it’s priced really well. Do you remember how much you paid for it? About 12. Oh wow. Okay, great.
Whoever is getting this is getting a really great deal. We basically do the full pickup inspection. We’ll pay you upon pickup and then we can deliver it to the buyer within a thousand miles. We really deliver it pretty far so we help you find a buyer from anywhere. Do you charge for pickup?
We do charge for pickup and we deliver it depending on the distance. The first 100 miles is included and then we charge additionally about 150 per mile to the customer. One dollar and fifty cents? Per mile, correct. Okay, we’ll try to get them close to parts for us.
Okay, yeah, absolutely. Is there anything else that you’d want the next owner to know? Are there any like tips or tricks or anything that you’d have to like look up in a YouTube video to understand or was everything pretty much in the manual? Well I never got a manual but it’s like any golf cart. It’s not complicated.
Of course. And how fast does it go? What’s the top speed on it? Well I’ve never measured it but it’s faster than the cart set to course. Okay, okay, awesome.
And it’s not street legal, is that correct? You could make it that way but it doesn’t have blinkers. Does it have what? Does it have a title? I never got a title.
Okay, okay, awesome, fair enough. Well if that’s the case, I don’t think we have any other questions but we’re going to add all this information to your listing that you have here, Margaret. Okay. And this is, you know, just for whoever is listening, this is a 2020 EasyGo Elite Golf Cart in white with a lithium battery. You don’t see that that often.
Most of them are lead acid batteries. This one has a lithium battery and it has the cover and enclosure included. It’s in Denison, Texas and it’s live right now at tricolonplate.com for a fraction of what it goes for retail. So make sure you check it out. Delivery is available.
We also manage to hold payments and there’s also a warranty option as well from Commonplace. And if you’ve got something like this, feel free to make a listing. We do hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, fitness equipment, golf carts, appliances, you name it. Wow. You can get it sold.
Exactly. And we do the full nightclub pickup and delivery service. Okay. Margaret, thank you so much. Say that again?
You got the pictures? We got all the pictures and we’re going to add this voiceover to the pictures to make a beautiful slideshow for you. So if you’d like to post it anywhere else, we’ll send you the clips and we hope to get this sold for you as soon as possible. Of course I do. Of course, Margaret.
