Verified sellersNordicTrack has earned a reputation for building capable, long-lasting treadmills that hold up to serious use, and this 2022 Commercial 2450 arrives in very good condition ready for a new owner. The Commercial 2450 is a motorized treadmill designed with a solid frame, responsive belt, and integrated console that supports a full range of speeds and inclines for varied workouts at home. Owners appreciate how it anchors a dedicated fitness space, offering the stability of commercial-grade construction while fitting comfortably into a residential setting for daily runs or walks. This unit shows no damage or visible wear, has been used sparingly, and comes from a smoke-free home where all original parts have been carefully preserved. It measures roughly the standard footprint for this model with a wide running surface and stands ready with its factory console and controls intact. The combination of low usage, clean history, and complete original components makes this a strong value compared to purchasing at full retail. Buyers seeking a reliable, well-maintained treadmill from a respected brand will find this example checks every practical box.
