Methodology, in brief
Figures are computed from listings on the Commonplace marketplace across major U.S. metros. We report medians, not averages; headline figures require at least 30 underlying listings and sub-breakdowns at least 15; prices are rounded to the nearest $25 and reported on a two-week lag.
