Like New 2024 Jacuzzi J-200 Hot Tub for Sale in Aliso Viejo, CA ($6,949)

You’re looking for a used Jacuzzi J-200 hot tub for sale, and I get it. This specific 2024 model, listed at $6,949, isn’t just a deal; it’s practically new. It’s a special order, 6-person unit that’s seen minimal use, and that’s a rare find.
I’m Ari Kimmelfeld, founder of Commonplace. My whole business is built on making it easy and safe to buy big used items. We’ve talked to the owner of this hot tub, verified the details, and I’m going to walk you through exactly what makes this listing stand out (and what you should double-check).

Real talk: We’ve talked to the owner, this isn’t some shady deal.
This 2024 Jacuzzi J-200 hot tub comes from a verified seller who’s moving to Texas and can’t take it.
Buying a big-ticket item from a stranger can feel risky. You don’t know who’s on the other end, and that uncertainty can stop a great deal dead in its tracks. But with Commonplace, we make sure you’re buying from a real person with a real reason. We interviewed the owner of this Jacuzzi J-200, and she’s moving to Texas. It’s just too expensive to ship the tub that far. So yeah, she’s motivated to sell, and that’s good news for you.

Like new condition, barely used, with all the extras.
This Jacuzzi J-200 was bought a year and a half ago, is barely used, and includes a special order shell, cover, and stairs.
Nobody wants a ‘used’ item that’s actually beat up. It’s a waste of money and a headache to fix. This hot tub? It was bought just a year and a half ago, and the owner says it’s been ‘barely used, in brand new condition.’ It’s a special order shell, comes with lights, and fits four to six people. Plus, it includes the cover and stairs (which were extra purchases) and all the pillow cushions. The cover is even in excellent condition. You’re getting a lot more than just the tub itself.

No moving headaches, we handle pickup and delivery for you.
Commonplace drivers manage the pickup and delivery of this 240V hot tub, ensuring a smooth transition to your home.
So you find a great deal on a hot tub, then you realize you’ve got to figure out how to move a massive, heavy item. The logistics can be a real nightmare, and that often kills the deal. That’s exactly why Commonplace exists. Our drivers pick up, inspect, and deliver the item directly to you. This Jacuzzi J-200 does require a 240 volt electrical setup (it’s not plug and play), so make sure your space is ready. We take care of the heavy lifting, literally.
Here is how buying and delivery works on Commonplace: a driver inspects it, delivers it, and you get 60 minutes to test it before you pay. Every item carries a 60-day warranty.

Save thousands off retail for a practically new Jacuzzi.
Originally purchased for $9,800 (with a retail value of $12,000), this hot tub is listed at $6,949, offering significant savings.
Buying new means paying top dollar, and for something barely used, that’s just money down the drain. The owner told us she bought this model for $9,800, even though it usually lists for $12,000 retail. You’re getting this unit for $6,949. That’s a huge discount for a hot tub that’s been in the family for only 18 months and is described as being in ‘brand new condition.’ You get the luxury without the full new price tag.

Still under warranty and maintained with top-tier chemicals.
This Jacuzzi J-200 has approximately one year of its original warranty remaining and has been meticulously maintained with Jacuzzi brand chemicals.
A used item without any backup can be a gamble. What if something goes wrong right after you buy it? That’s a legitimate concern. The owner mentioned the ‘warranty in it’ was a big reason they chose this model, and there’s approximately one year of warranty remaining on this unit. Plus, she’s been diligent with maintenance, using ‘Jacuzzi brand, top quality chemicals’ and keeping the water ‘always fresh.’ She even said, ‘it’s so easy to maintain it. It’s just like every couple of weeks, you test the water, and the test strip will tell you where to add chemicals, and it’s fine.’ She’ll include all remaining chemicals too. So you’re not just getting a hot tub; you’re getting one that’s been cared for and still has some factory protection.
Smart buyer checks: Confirm warranty and jet count before you buy.
Buyers should verify the exact remaining warranty duration and clarify the total number of jets to ensure complete satisfaction.
Even with all our checks, a smart buyer always does their own due diligence. The owner initially mentioned a two-year warranty when buying, but we need to confirm the exact remaining duration and terms now. Also, the jet count needs clarification. The seller recalled ‘four jets per seat,’ which for a 6-person tub would mean 24 jets, not just four total. Commonplace gives you 60 minutes to test the hot tub before you pay, so you’ll have time to confirm these details yourself. No surprises.

Well, hey Sam, this is Ari. I’m just calling quickly from the commonplace. I saw that you listed a hot tub with us. I just want to ask you a question on the hot tub so that you can get back on. You’re talking dude.
I can’t hear you clearly. Can you hear me now? Now is better. Yeah, what’s up? Yeah, I was just calling about the hot tub you listed on commonplace.
Okay. Mm-hmm. Yes, I was looking to ask you a few questions about it that we can put a video up on YouTube and just help advertise it so that we can try to get it sold for you. Okay, perfect. Okay, so let me just give a quick intro about the hot tub and then I’ll ask you a few questions, okay?
Mm-hmm. Amazing. All right, so you’re listening to the commonplace talk show. We have real owners, real listings, and we’re speaking to a real hot tub owner here, and commonplace is where you buy and sell high-value items the Safeway. We verify the item, we hold the payment in escrow, and we handle the full delivery to your door.
So today we have a 2024 Jacuzzi J-200, Like New, it’s a 6-Person Outdoor Hot Tub in California. It’s listed at a great price, and let’s meet the owner. So tell me a little bit about this hot tub, Sam. Yeah, hot tub, we bought it like a year and a half ago from Jacuzzi. A special order, the shell is a big special order.
It comes with lights. It sits four to six people. We barely use it. Unfortunately, we’re going to have to move to Texas, so I can’t move it with me. It’s too expensive to ship it all the way to there, so that’s why we’re trying to sell it.
But we barely use it. It’s a brand new condition. Makes perfect sense. Tell me a little bit about when you were looking to buy a hot tub. What were the different models that you were comparing, and why did you choose this Jacuzzi?
It’s a little bit pricey, but the warranty in it, I think it has like two years warranty, and the reviews of that brand feel good, so hopefully whoever buys it is not going to have a problem with it. Amazing. They’re saying the warranty was excluded, and how many years are left on it? Probably one more year, probably, yeah. Okay.
Wow, that’s amazing. And out the door, how much do you remember paying when you purchased it, when it was brand new? I bought it on that Friday, so usually they look at it for $12, and I remember I bought it for $9,800. Amazing. Wow, so you got a great discount, and now whoever’s looking at this is getting an even better price.
What was the maintenance like on it since you’ve owned it? Is there anything wrong with it, any issues, and how did you take care of it? Not at all, zero. Okay, amazing. What kind of chemicals did you use?
What was the maintenance like? Was there anything that you changed on it? No, wherever we buy the chemicals from the jacuzzi brand, the jacuzzi company where I buy it, we always maintain it. The water is always fresh. Okay, perfect.
Yeah, top quality chemicals we use. Okay. In terms of the electrical requirements, do you remember what the requirements are, and did you have an electrician come and set it up? Yes. Is it like a plug and play, or is it a 240 volt?
It’s 240. Okay. All right, is there anything else that you would say you had to learn on your own after you bought it? Is there anything that you watched a YouTube video, just so we can give the next owner some tips and tricks before owning the jacuzzi? Yeah, because when they delivered it to us, the technician, he taught us a lot about what we do, so I wrote down the steps, but it always doesn’t hurt to go YouTube and look for more information, but it’s so easy to maintain it.
It’s just like every couple of weeks, you test the water, and the test suite will tell you where to add chemicals, and it’s fine. The water always saves it. Amazing. Amazing. That’s great to hear, and I see that there is a cover, and the stairs included as well.
Is that right? Correct. Okay, great. The cover and stairs, it’s like $500 extra. Yeah, the cover is going to be a few hundred dollars.
Yeah, it’s all included in the listing questions, but when I bought it, I paid extra for those. Okay. Is there anything else that you’re including? Are there any chemicals that you have that you can throw in? Yeah, whatever chemicals I have, I’m going to all include it.
Okay. That’s awesome. That’s amazing. Do you happen to remember how many jets are on it? Four.
There are four jets. Okay, is that per seat? Four in each seat. Okay. If I remember right.
Yeah, it looks like it’s in great condition. It has all the pillow cushions, and everything looks great. The cover looks like it’s in excellent condition. Is there anything else you want to share? That’s pretty much it.
I’m not responsible for the shipping. Exactly. The way Commonplace works is we actually do the full pickup and delivery for the customer so they don’t have to hassle whatsoever. So you get paid upon pickup, and the buyer can pay once they test it out upon delivery, and we handle everything in between. So we unplug it from you, we load it up, and we deliver it and set it up for the customer.
Awesome. Well, Sam, this was great. Thank you so much for taking a few minutes. We’ll prepare this clip and we’ll also send it to you if you want to post it anywhere in case you have somebody in your circle that wants to buy it, and we’re happy to do the delivery as well. So we’ll send you the clips via text in just a couple of hours, okay?
Awesome. Thank you so much. Of course. Have a great day, Sam. Bye-bye.
