Tiffany bought her Sundance Spas Sunset Exclusive new in 2023, hoping to soak in it often. Then the Arizona summers got in the way. “It's just too hot here,” she told us, so the hot tub has been used maybe ten times in three years. For a buyer that means a 2023 luxury spa with almost none of the wear you'd expect from something this old.

It seats four to five people and runs about thirty-five jets. “The jets are great. It's a phenomenal hot tub,” Tiffany said, with no clogging and no issues in the whole time she's owned it. Tiffany: I mean, it's in great condition. I got it, like, what, three years ago and was hoping to use it more, but it's not it's just too hot here that I don't. I think it's probably been used maybe, like, 10 times since I've got it. So, yeah, it's in great condition. It it's amazing. I mean, the jets are great. Like, it's a phenomenal hot tub, but we're moving to a new house.

Commonplace: It looks like there are 30 five jets. Is that right? And any issues with the jets? Was there any clogging or amazing.

Tiffany: No. Nope. No issues at all. I would honestly keep it, but our new house, we there's I I don't remember.

Commonplace: So that's why you're selling it. And tell me a little bit about what the maintenance was like, what chemicals you use, you know, how you use it to take care of a hot tub like this.

Tiffany: They just sold me all the stuff and told me when what to put in when. So it's whatever I have in the bin at home. But it it and then I had the continuous, I think it was maybe the chlorine tabs or or whatever they are. Yes. And then, like yeah.

Commonplace: Tell me a little bit about any cool features. Like, is there Bluetooth? Are the lights working? And any components that you would say might need some repair or upgrading? Like, is the cover in good condition?

Tiffany: I yeah. Everything's actually in really good condition. Oh, actually, I think the the one of the clips, only one side of it clips in. So it still clips, but it it doesn't, like, fully lock. The other side does.

Commonplace: And this is a 20 20 three model.

Tiffany: But, otherwise, the lights work great. Yes. But, otherwise, the lights were good. All the jets, I haven't had to maintenance anything.

Commonplace: So it sounds like this is, you know, a great hot tub. Four to five people can fit. You took all the maintenance. You didn't really use it much, and you're selling it because you have to move. You know, if there's any, like, first time hot tub owners that are thinking about a used hot tub, is there anything that you can tell them just to make them a little bit more comfortable, you know, buying it used and buying it for the first time? Like, what is it like owning a hot tub like this?

Tiffany: I mean, it's easy maintenance, and it yeah. I mean, it hasn't even been used very much, so it's in good condition. It's been pretty great.

Commonplace: And and do you remember what you paid for it approximately all in with delivery and everything in 2023?

Tiffany: It was 7,500.
