Joe in Lake Jackson, Texas, picked up the 2026 Aesthion SculptXD to add body contouring services to his work. He paid roughly four to five thousand dollars per machine because the unit combines cool sculpting with lymphatic endosphere therapy in one package.

The device uses controlled cooling to target fat cells and rollers that help move fluid through the lymphatic system. Joe noted that the lymphatic system has no pump of its own, so the rollers assist that movement after the fat is treated.

He likes the dual setup because it lets a buyer offer two services without buying separate machines. In his words, you get the best of both and can increase your revenue model. The machine comes with three cryosculpting wands in 30 mm, 50 mm, and 70 mm sizes plus two handheld endosphere wands.

Ongoing costs stay low. Cryosculpting gel runs twenty to eighty dollars a bottle depending on quantity, and antifreeze costs about thirty dollars a gallon and lasts a long time. Maintenance is mainly wiping the unit after use and avoiding cracks on the ceramic ends.

Customers often see up to half an inch loss after the first session, Joe said, and there is no downtime so they can return to their day right away. He mentioned that buyers can sell packages from a single session up to multi-session deals around two thousand dollars, which helps cover the cost quickly.

The unit is new with zero use, includes all original parts, and measures 36 by 14 by 20 inches. Joe offers delivery within one thousand miles of Lake Jackson and includes a warranty with the sale.

The full conversation

The complete interview, lightly cleaned up for reading:

Joe: Had I missed call from this number?

Commonplace: Is this Joe?

Joe: Yes.

Commonplace: This is Ari. I was just calling from Commonplace a bit earlier. It looks like you listed a few items with us. It looks like it was the sculpting, the body sculpting machine.

Joe: Yes, sir. That's correct.

Commonplace: I just wanted to ask you a few questions about it just to help advertise it. Some buyers, you know, they might have some questions. And so preemptively, we like to ask you the questions just to try to save you some time, you know, not having to go back and forth. So if that's okay, do you have, like, five minutes now?

Joe: K.

Commonplace: I'll just jump in with a quick intro, and I'll and I'll get right to the questions. So you're listening to the Commonplace talk show. We have real owners and real listings, and Commonplace is where you buy and sell high value items the Safeway. We verify the item. We And today, we have a Sculpt XT new sculpting body contouring device in Texas. And we're speaking with the owner. So tell me a little about this device. How much did you pay for it when you bought it and why you're selling it?

Joe: So we are getting into the business of selling it. So we pay roughly around 4 to 5,000 per machine. And then like I said, this is something that we brought to as far as the the dual technology or the body contouring, the sculpting and freezing of the fat, and then it's combination of the lymphatic system where you can so as you know, the lymphatic system doesn't have any kind of pump. So what you do is you use these rollers, helps the lymphatic system move that fat through the body where you can discreet it out.

Commonplace: That's super interesting. So tell me, like, some of the the best features on this machine versus what else is out there on the market and and how they compare.

Joe: So the potential for the revenue is is greater from a person that's buying it, but the simple fact is that you're getting two technologies and one under one machine. So you're able to, you know, necessarily offer multiple services, which is instead of having to buy a lymphatic and endosphere machine and then a cryoscopy, you get the best of both, and you're able to increase your revenue model, increase additional services. So compared to anything else, this is one the only machine that's global that has these two combination?

Commonplace: Oh, wow. And and just so, you know, whoever is looking into this business has a an idea, what are some of the services and what do the economics look like of owning this machine in terms of what they can charge, and pay off the machine?

Joe: So, typically, the ROI, as far as, like, service wise, we sell anywhere from a package, like a single service to a multiple service package, and you can serve those, like, as as far as sessions. You know, you can buy five sessions, 10 sessions, multiple. So that is pretty lucrative in that aspect when you're able to combine both services. Now you're kind of treat charge it kind of a premium package, which gives the potential to pay the machine off within, I would say, the first two months if you buying it and getting it and putting it utilizing it and selling you know, if you were to sell a $2,000 package, you pretty much almost paid a quarter of the machine, which packages range from, like I say, a single service to a multi service, which the consumer or the person buying the machine can offer that package, which is what we tell our clients is the more you buy, the more you're saved. So you're able to entice the customer to buy more.

Commonplace: Got it. Got it. That that makes perfect sense. So you're selling packages to customers for about $2,000 for a month. And if you sell a few of those, that basically covers the the full cost of the machine. Tell me a little bit about what else comes with this machine, and are there any other accessories that need to be purchased on an ongoing basis to, you know, keep it in service?

Joe: So what comes with it is three handles to get the a 30 millimeter, 50 millimeter, and a 70 millimeter cryosculpting wand. You get the two handheld endosphere wand. The only the additional, I would say, consumables that are part of it is the cryosculpting gel, which you got different variations of cryosculpting gel. So, you know, that can range anywhere from $20 a bottle to $70.80 dollars a bottle depending on the quality I call it the quantity that you're buying. But that's pretty much gonna be your consumable that's gonna have to be purchased with each use. So it's a small fraction of the overhead that's with the machine. You're gonna have to have some kinda antifreeze antifreeze, but that's, like, $30 a gallon, and that lasts you unless you have some kind of system internal failure or anything like that. You can think of that part as, like, your car. The antifreeze that runs through your radiator. I mean, how many times do you flush a radiator within a certain amount of time. So that that's gonna be on the and that you can buy for, like, $30.30 bucks for the gallon. So, like I said, your your consumables and that is very low cost. And maintenance wise, you're just pretty much making sure you don't crack the ceramic on the end. So that's gonna be just making sure you take care of the machine as well as just cleaning it off after use, which is just you can do with a normal towel.

Commonplace: What do some of your customers say that they love about the machine?

Joe: So majority of our customers after the first session can lose anywhere up to half an inch as far as measurement. So that can be anywhere from half an inch on the abdominal, the leg, the the buttocks. So they really like the fact that it's not a basis. There's no downtime. Like, you could come in and do your service, and then within a certain amount of you're you're able to come in and do the service and still go on about your day. You don't have any downtime with, you know, liposuction or any other base of procedures.

Commonplace: And that makes perfect sense. And what about the, some of the businesses that have bought the machine, you know, in terms of using this machine versus some of the other ones? Like, what do they like about it?

Joe: The low cost, the potential for the higher return, paying the machine off quickly so you're you're not keep holding over overhead. So you're able to be in the green, essentially, as far as the you know, and just the overall maintenance of it. It's very you know, it's not a really heavy maintenance driven machine. You're pretty much just cleaning it after use, which, you know, can take anywhere from five to ten minutes, but you don't have extensive downtime where you're having to, you know, tear it apart and clean it and re reassemble it. So it's pretty simplistic.

Commonplace: Well, that's it, Joe. That's all my questions. We'll add it to the listing, and we'll try to get it sold as soon as possible. That's the 2020 six Esteon Sculpt XT new CoolSculpting body contouring device.

If you got something like this that you'd like to sell, just post it on trycommonplace.com. Alright, Joe. Thanks so much.

Joe: So how does so how does that quick question. How does that work as far as revolving? So if we get another machine where it continues to revolve, do we keep the listing, or how does that work?

Commonplace: Once the item is purchased, the listing is gonna be taken down. So you'll just have to make another listing.

Joe: I didn't know if that we can say, like, a certain quantity or as far as that. But, yeah, we'll just take it listing by listing.

Commonplace: Exactly. Exactly. Well, best of luck on on selling the item.

Joe: K.

Commonplace: We'll try we'll try our best.

Joe: Yes, sir.
