Hello? Hello. Hi, my name is Ari, I’m from Commonplace. If you would like to share your light sauna with us, I would just like to ask you a few questions about it, just to put it on your listing if that’s okay. Yeah.
Okay, are you okay if I record this and I’ll combine this with some of the photos that you have to add a nice advertorial on the listing? Yeah, that’s fine. Okay, so I’m just going to say a quick intro and then we’ll just jump into the questions. It shouldn’t take more than five to 10 minutes. Okay.

Julie. Hi, Julie. Can you tell me a little bit about this sauna, why you bought it and why you’re selling it? Okay, so my daughter is the one that actually bought it and I’m trying to sell it because she moved to Puerto Rico and I don’t need it. Okay, fair enough.
That’s a great reason to sell it if you’re not using something and what better way to sell it than totally hassle free. So tell me a little bit if you can answer this about the usage, the maintenance, and the current condition. Okay, so the current condition is actually an excellent condition. It’s all cedar wood. The past year and a half it might have been used about a dozen times.
Prior to that it was probably used four days a week. I think we got that in 2022, I believe. It was either 21 or 22, so it’s not that old. Okay. It does have a holder and a plug for a diffuser.
Okay. It has those multi-colored lights. Awesome. Yeah, those are really cool. And it does have Wi-Fi speakers in there.
Amazing. Amazing. Actually, you said a tooth. I think that’s actually only a one cedar, though. Okay.
Gotcha. I’m seeing one picture. It could be that officially they might be called two cedars, but ideally you would want more than one person in there. So I can totally understand that confusion, but great to highlight that just to call it out for the next owner. Amazing.
Okay, is there any information you can provide about some of the electrical requirements, about hooking it up, or if you have any idea what the cost is to run it? Honestly, the cost to run it really wasn’t that bad. I mean, my electric bill didn’t go up much at all. If anything with the most usage, I would say maybe $20, $30 a month. And we would put it on like that, the 12-hour timer.
So it would get turned on for the 12 hours, and then whoever wanted to use it within that 12 hours could use it. And it does run on a regular household outlet. I didn’t have to put in any special electrical plugs or anything like that. So I think with the normal household, $120, I think. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, so it does run on a $120. You know, you’ll have to get an electrician out, and that can cost a few hundred dollars. But here, you know, it’s not in play. We deliver it, you plug it in, and everything works. Yeah, yeah.
Amazing. That’s awesome. By any chance, you know, are you familiar with any of the other options that maybe your daughter was considering? And, you know, anything about this one that really stood out that made her go with this model, just so we can emphasize some of the highlights here? So she went with this one because of the infrared and the special lighting in there.
Yeah. Okay. Any chance you know anything about the warranty, if there is one, and if it’s transferable at all? That I am not 100% sure. And the only problem is, is because I can’t find like the original receipt for it, all I have is like the book.
Okay. Telling me how to put it together and everything. So, I mean, like I don’t have the model number or anything, and I’ve even searched the Asana, and I can’t find a model number on it anywhere. Okay. That’s okay.
If you can, what would be really helpful is if you can just send us a picture of what you have in terms of like a spec sheet or, you know, that book that you were talking about. And we can add that to the listing. That’s something that buyers are really, you know, curious to see. And then currently the listing only has one photo. So if you can send any other photos, you know, maybe the inside or the heating elements or anything like that, that would be great, you know, just to give the buyer some more information about it.

Go ahead. I guess my only question is, if this gets purchased, the people that come and pick it up, do they take this apart? Absolutely. So we take — we actually do a video of this on a, you know, disassembly and assembly on our YouTube channel. But we take everything apart.

Is there anything you’d like to add on to what we’re saying here that maybe I didn’t ask about or maybe I’m missing out that you think the future buyer would want to know? It does have, like, a little glass — it’s got, like, a little cubby hole in there with a glass door on it where you can — because obviously, you know, you can’t put cell phones or electronics in there when you’re doing the sauna. But that has a protective glass little cubby where you could actually put the cell phone or a small iPad in there and watch a movie, whatever, listen to the music, whatever have you not. Oh, wow. That’s really neat.
I didn’t even know about that. Awesome. Yeah. Is there anything that is included with the sauna that was either purchased as an accessory or came with the sauna that maybe wasn’t listed when it was uploaded? No.
We didn’t — we never bought the diffuser, but it does have the holding for it, and it does have the — it does have the pop button for it, and then it’s got the plug-in for the diffuser. Well, if somebody really wanted to buy the accessory, they could, you know, buy the diffuser accessory, because it is set up for that. Okay. Perfect. And I believe it goes up to, like, 150 or 155 degrees.
That’s really helpful. Okay. And it does have a 12-hour timer, so it can be turned on for 12 hours. Any chance you remember approximately what you paid for it when you purchased it in 2022? Yeah, we paid over $7,000 for it.
Wow. Yeah, I know. Amazing.
