Hello. Hi, is this Juan? Yes. Hi, this is Ari. I was just calling from Commonplace.
I saw that you listed your Endless Pools swim spa on the platform. And I just wanted to ask you a few questions just so that we can have some of the answers on your listing to be helpful for anybody that’s looking to buy it. You know, a conversation on the list, something typically that buyers want to get. Okay. Yeah.

So I’ll just start I’ll start off with a quick intro and then I’ll jump in to the questions. Okay. Okay. Awesome. So you’re listening to the Commonplace talk show.

And so Juan, tell me a little bit about why you purchased this, the condition that it’s in, it looks brand new to me. And tell me why you’re selling it. Okay, so yes, it’s brand new. The problem is that I was going to install it in my back porch. But I’m very close to the Trend River.
And FEMA doesn’t allow me to put it there because this is a flooding area. And I didn’t realize that until after I bought it. So that’s why I have to sell it. So it’s brand new, as you said, it’s still in its cranes. And it has everything.
Amazing. Yes. So it can be heated with electricity or gas. It has both systems. It has a two plus for the spa.
It has lights. It has a motorized cover or whatever. It’s state of the art. And it was basically custom made for me. Wow, wow.
Is there any chance you can send us like a photo of the spec sheet or something like that? Just so we can add it? Because this sounds like a fantastic deal for anybody looking to buy a swim spa. Yes, I can send you the spec sheet. And I also talked to them.
So the warranty is still on and whoever buys it is going to have the warranty from the company. Endless. Yes, endless pools. Yes. Amazing.
And so tell me a little bit about when you were choosing to buy the swim spa. How did you choose this one? Were you comparing a few models and you found this one, you know, to be the best fit for your needs? Or give me some of the features that you liked about this one that made you go with this one just so the future owner, you know, they’re comparing a bunch of models like tell me what you liked about this one. Well, endless pools is has been in the market for several several years.
I make my research and they are really a very good company. And people love it. And what I really love of it is that in a small space, you can have a swimming pool. Exactly. And you can get exercise, right?
I mean, some are yes. Yes. So it comes with the motor that floods the water so you can swim on it. But you can add a treadmill in the water if you want. And you can even add a rolling machine inside.
Yes. You can walk, you can run, you can roll. And it’s the way it says it’s endless. And since you can hit it, it stands it’s you the time you can use it for almost, I don’t know, nine months a year at all, depending where you live. Exactly.
Do you know anything if it’s using jets? Or what kind of propulsion mechanism does it have? Because I know different swim spas have different, you know, there’s like the H2X, which has jets, and then a few of the endless pools have a propulsion system. Like what’s, what’s this propulsion system? Do you know?
I really don’t know. But when I put it in the web page, I add a link to actually the model and the way it works. Okay, got it. We have the exact model here that So basically, yes, it has what is it? Hydro drive technology.

Like you can’t just you can’t just pay a few hundred bucks like that. Those covers are thousands of dollars. Yes. And the other thing is, it’s all remotely managed. So you can manage the stream, the temperature of the water, everything remotely.
Amazing. Amazing. Well, so I think that is a good bargain for anyone bargain and the very high quality machine.
